3rd Party Ordering
As you may know we are no longer allowed to accept medication requests via 3rd parties such as chemists, medical device providers (stoma etc) and similar such firms. This decision was take by St Helens CCG in light of the high volumes of waste and also safety issues.
As we are not able to accept requests via telephone (unless you are a housebound patient) then the best solution for most will be Patient Access.

Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.
