How to order a repeat prescription

We are unable to accept repeat prescription requests by telephone.

Unless patients are housebound, please contact the surgery between 10:00 and 16:00.

If you include a stamped self-addressed envelope, we can post your prescription to you.

Should you have any prescription enquiries, please complete our online form or speak to Karen or Donna, Amanda or Carmel our Patient Care Advisors who run the repeat service.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions. If you have been advised by the surgery that your medication review is due please use our online form.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
